Workshop: Introduction to Song Leading

A day’s practical introduction to facilitating community singing. We’ll cover the basics for anyone new to group leading, including selection of repertoire, appropriate warm ups, planning sessions, non-verbal communication and teaching methods. This would also be a good opportunity to consolidate your practice if you have only been leading a group for a short period.

This workshop is also suitable for anyone new to leading group singing, or who has been running their group for a year or less and wishes to improve their skills and gain confidence.
